Terms of Use & Intelligence Disclaimer
These terms govern access to the Secure Chain Threat Centre. By using the platform, you agree to use its intelligence lawfully and solely for legitimate defensive purposes.
1. Provider and acceptance
The platform is provided by Secure Chain Technology Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 12153901, with its registered office at 43 Clocktower Business Centre, Chesterfield, S43 2PE. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the platform to support lawful defensive monitoring, risk assessment, vulnerability management, and security research. You must not use it to gain unauthorised access, exploit systems, distribute malware, evade controls, harass others, breach intellectual-property rights, overload the service, scrape it at unreasonable scale, or violate any law.
3. Intelligence disclaimer
Threat intelligence, CVE indicators, exploit status, actor attribution, risk ratings, and exposure scores are provided for general informational and defensive guidance. They may rely on evolving third-party sources and incomplete, delayed, disputed, or subsequently corrected observations.
The platform is not a substitute for professional advice, environment-specific testing, or your own security controls. No content guarantees detection, prevention, remediation, completeness, accuracy, availability, or protection from zero-day exploitation. Displaying intelligence does not create a contractual warranty, advisory duty, managed-service obligation, or service-level commitment.
4. Third-party sources and intellectual property
CISA, NCSC, Microsoft, CVE, and other third-party data remains subject to its source terms and attribution. External links are provided for reference; we do not control their availability or content. Secure Chain owns or licenses the platform presentation, analysis, branding, and original content. You may not reproduce or commercially redistribute it without permission except where law permits.
5. Availability and liability
We may update, suspend, restrict, or withdraw any part of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided “as available” without implied warranties, and Secure Chain is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, or security incidents arising from reliance on general intelligence.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your mandatory statutory rights.
6. Governing law and contact
These terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Contact privacy@securechaingroup.com with legal or privacy questions.
